Ever been working on Photoshop when you make an errant keystroke, and all of a sudden a bunch of panels have vanished?

You freak out. WHERE'S MY PAINTBRUSH?!?!

You dig through some menus at the top, and it's filled with checkbox things like "Extensions Tools Properties Application Bar Symbols Layers" WTF ARE ALL THESE!?! WHERE IS MY PENCIL?!?!
